RETURNS POLICY
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Please note that:
- Return shipping costs, duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection by our team to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, exactly as received.
- All original tags, including the barcode tag and anti-tamper seal, must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes and dust bags where applicable.
- Items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Items must be clean and free from any marks, odours, or signs of use.
We kindly invite you to handle and try on items with care. For hygiene reasons, when trying on swimwear or similar garments, please wear your own undergarments.
Returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To request a return, please contact us at info@dressmore.com specifying:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Our Customer Care team will assist you promptly and provide return instructions.
Please note that returns can only be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered.
Once your return has been shipped, you may track it using the tracking number provided in your return confirmation email.
REFUNDS
Returns are generally processed within 5–7 working days from the date they arrive at our warehouse.
Once your return has been inspected and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued according to the original payment method:
- Credit Card: within 7–14 working days after approval (timing may vary depending on your card issuer).
- Bank Transfer: within 10–14 working days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery: you will be asked to provide your bank account details; the refund will be issued via bank transfer within 10–14 working days after approval.
- Site Credit: within 24–72 hours after approval.
