SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ORDER PROCESSING

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination country.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

All prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes.

Orders delivered within the European Union will not incur any additional charges.

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY TIMES

Dressmore.com partners with UPS to ensure a secure and reliable delivery service.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding national and local holidays.

At checkout, you may select your preferred shipping method:

EUROPE

UPS STANDARD: 3–5 working days

UPS EXPRESS: 1–2 working days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors, including customs clearance procedures. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Dressmore cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your UPS tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at every stage.
